I first looked at clever cakes designs:
The image on the left of the zombie hand is amazing because the hand looks like its coming out of the soil its really clever, also the nikon camera looks so real.
I next looked at some Typogateux work from the previous years at LCA. Typogateux is basically a fun brief to design cake created in the shape of a letter or a glyph.
This was one of the winners from a previous year creating spagatehi letters on toast made out of cake.
I have a partner in my group and we want to recreate the adobe illustrator sign into a cake....
I googled adobe illustrator cakes and the results were limited we knew exactly what we wanted to do so we next looked at the shape and style of the illustrator logos as theres been a few over the versions of illustrator.
We decided to go for the top right style having orange square background made from cake ad 3d letters made from a lighter shade of orange.
