Fashion Branding Research

Fashion Branding Research

Logo Research

For the re-brand i first began looking at fashion branding and different examples of logo design.

CS-

I like these examples of hand rendered type with san serif fonts

These logos for branding feature unique structural letters to reprsent more then one letter at a time.
Roanne Adams-
Branding-

I love the simplicity of this logo which as been designed using two circles then a symmetrical fill of colour to make up the letter S.

This branding also uses letters/shapes together to help create the logo.

As part of the brief i definitely want to include my own designed stamp using the logo i have designed. I will laser cut this stamp and it will be used to for Cari to be able to personalise her own notes when sending scarfs to customers.

Hanger-

Hangers that would be used to hang or put the scarf through.

Tags

Tags are an important part of the branding so i researched a few styles.

Simple tag/Yarn or Rope-
Envelope style tag-
Punched hole tags - Silver poppers.
String tags-

I really like the idea of having little cards with ribbon or tape wrapped around and personalised.
Further branding-

Tags and bags-

Saint Laurent Paris branding-
Envelope/Look Book
Love the idea of these tags which fold out and give information. Also the look book is unusual and folds out in different ways.

Look Book -

As i am producing a look book for the brief i decided to see what look books already existed.

I love the page size for this look book its wider than a5 and something i would consider as i don't want it to be standard size. I like the use of hand rendered type and sketchy images.

Minimal Look book.

I Like the idea of using tru grain to print onto and divide some of the pages.
Box packaging for look book-
I think producing a Mood Board of what i have designed and done in relation to my writing will be revenant for submission.
Minimal web platforms-
