Primary Research - Independent Brands

After doing some secondary research about independent clothing brands within leeds. I decided to go into the city and have a look at some of the stores and speak to the staff to see if they were able to answer some of my informal interview questions.

MAD ELIZABETH VINTAGE

MKI

MKI was my favourite independent brand out of the ones i looked at in the Corn Exchange. I felt i was really well branded and the minimal aesthetics of the brand reflected the clothing and the store ephemera.

FRESCO

I went into Fresco with my questions and the girl told me they would email me over the answers as the manager wasnt there. This brand has only been in the corn exchange for a few months so i think the answers i receive back will be really beneficial to see how well this brand has done as a startup brand.

BEST LEEDS

Best leeds is one of the most popular independent brands within leeds.They sell vintage and reworked clothes.
