We started at marketstalls in 2009 and set up the shop in 2010.
What aesthetics did you have in mind when designing the brand?
Bright & Colourful with clashing patterns are our clothing style so we wanted a simple logo to stand out. The rest of our branding keeps with colourful & Brights
What social media platforms does your brand use to promote itself?
Mainly Facebook , instagram but also twitter , tumblr , wordpress blog and pintrest
Which platform have you found to be the most successful and why?
Facebook & Instagram as they are what our customers use most.
How do you work out your market?
Its a balance of seeing who we are naturally attract attract then focussing on stock on who we are attracting.
How do you understand the customer and their needs?
As i own and run the shop and events for the shop i get to meet and talk to customers all the time which helps me really get to know what they want & need.
Does the consumer inspire or influence the things you design & stock in your store?
Yes , we listen to what customers ask for and try and reflect this in our stock. We also follow customers on instagram and follow what they like.
Do you think the consumer has helped make your brand more successful?
Its a two way relationship they become customers because they like the brand but then we get to improve and focus what we do and sell from there feedback.
Do you think that the style of clothing reflects the brand?
Yes the brand has followed from the types of clothing we love and stock
Who is your specific target audience for the brand?
Men and women ages 15-30 who are into fashion but what a unique and individual look
In your opinion does your brand appeal to other audiences?
Yes we also get traditional vintage lovers coming in plus our accessories and jewellery seems to attract people who don't usually shop in vintage shops.
